About me
I have a degree in Cyber Security from FIAP university and a post-degree in Threat Intelligence from FACINT university.
I have a strong background in network and cyber security.
I am currently working as a Support Engineer at Elastic.
In my free time I enjoy riding horses, spending time with friends and family, and watching footbal matches from the best team in the world: PALMEIRAS!

Providing support to customers around the globe for Elastic products as Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Agent, Elastic Security, etc.
I started working as Senior Network Engineer and was promoted to manager a few months later.
My team was responsible to provide support to customer for the following in-house solutions:

- Streaming (Audio and/or Video)
- CDN
This is was my first “official” job in IT.
Provided customer support for ISP services, including broadband, dedicated IP links, VoIP, and hosting.
